We’re Only a Call Away
We provide a range of services including Shared Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Day Programs, Respite Care, Community Nursing, Daily Living Support, and High Intensity Support for participants with complex care needs.
Yes, Choice Nursing Care is a fully registered NDIS provider, approved to deliver a range of core and capacity-building supports, including high-intensity daily personal activities and complex nursing care.
You can contact us directly, or be referred through your Support Coordinator, Local Area Coordinator (LAC), or Plan Manager. We will work with you to assess your needs and develop a service agreement that matches your NDIS plan.
SIL is a support service provided in a shared home environment where participants receive daily assistance with personal care, cooking, cleaning, medication, and other daily tasks, while encouraging independence.
Participants with SIL funding in their NDIS plan and who require 24/7 or regular support to live independently in a shared setting are eligible.
